【お任せする業務】エネルギーシステムの高効率化、創エネ、EMSに関わる製品ハード設計・開発をご担当いただきます。企画検証から実証試験、社会実装を戦略的に行うための商品開発の推進をしていただきます。 ●具体的には ①、②のどちらかを担当してもらいます。 ①EMS開発企画および先行開発に関するエンジニアリング業務全般　・システム検討およびシステム全体設計　・システム構築における開発要素検討、要件定義　・EMS商材のハード設計(電気配線設計、部品選定、系統連系、工事対応） ②電力変換器のハード設計　　電力変換器：整流器、パワーコンディショナー、充電器　　ハード設計：筐体設計、回路設計、充電設計、熱設計 ●使用言語、環境、ツール等 Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)　　CR5000/8000　　2D/3D_CAD 【組織のミッション】＜エネルギーバリューチェーン事業戦略部としてのミッション＞アイシンが保有するエネルギー商材の技術を活かして、戦略的に新しいビジネスモデルを構築し社会課題への貢献と、アイシンの将来のビジネスの柱を作り、「暮らしの未来に安心を、日々の暮らしに笑顔を」お客様に届けること。そのために、エネルギーシステムの高効率化、創エネ、EMSに関わる開発と既存商材の活用の両面からの新しい価値提供へ取組む。【募集背景】アイシンの新事業領域において、エネルギーシステムの高効率化を目指し、創エネ（再エネ、燃料電池等）、エネルギーマネジメント(EMS）の技術開発を実施していきます。そこで脱炭素社会実装に向けた要素技術開発を急務としています。カーボンニュートラルを実現する新しいエネマネシステムを構築するために専門的な知識を活かして技術開発を行い環境への貢献を果たします。それをスピーディに具現化するための開発活動を推進できる仲間を必要としています。【キャリアパス】数年後にはエネルギーシステムの領域を超えて電動化システムの開発リーダーとして部下を持ち、開発を推進頂きたい。
