Job Summary
■仕事内容 不動産領域プロダクトにて卓越した技術力を発揮して、開発・運用・保守をリードしていただきます。 機能開発では、開発者だけでなくプロダクトオーナーやカスタマーサクセス・不動産営業など様々な専門性のメンバーとも議論し、どうやって開発するかのHowだけでなく、何を開発すると顧客価値が向上するかのWhatも一緒に考えて開発していきます。 運用・保守では、システムの安定運用や技術的負債を細かく解消していくほか、もっと速くプロダクトをアップデートする方法はないかをDevOpsの観点で考えていきます。 ・事業戦略に基づく技術ロードマップの立案 ・バックエンドアーキテクチャの設計・技術選定 ・顧客価値を意識した要件定義のリード ・設計・開発・インフラ構築のリード ・DevOpsによるチーム開発の継続的改善のリード ・チームの成果物のレビュー・品質担保 ・チーム横断の技術・開発プロセスの課題解決 ・難易度が高い技術的負債の解消・セキュリティ対応 ※ご経験・ご希望に応じて、具体的な担当プロダクトや役割をご相談させていただきます。 ■ポジションの魅力 ・当社は不動産事業も行っているため、社内の不動産部門のメンバーと一緒にプロダクトを考え、フィードバックを得ながら開発することができます。 ・ソニーグループのAI技術を活用したプロダクト開発に携わることができます。 ・0→1（事業創出）段階のプロダクトから10→100（事業拡大）段階のプロダクトまで、幅広いフェーズや事業領域のプロダクト開発に携わることができます。 ・当社はSI事業とSaaS事業どちらも行っているため、エンジニアとして他にないキャリアパスを描くことも可能です。 ■開発環境 開発言語：Java, Python フレームワーク：Spring Boot, Play Framework インフラ：AWS, Azure データベース：MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis 仮想化/自動化：Docker, Terraform, Ansible CI/CD：GitHub Actions ツール：JIRA, Notion, Miro, GitHub, Slack ※技術情報を以下に不定期にて発信しております。 https://zenn.dev/p/sre_holdingsCompany Info
