Job Summary

■業務内容 メディックスでは約2200社の治療院向けにクラウドレセコンと実業であるレセプト（保険請求）業務を提供しています。 リアル×テクノロジーでさらなる事業拡大を目指すべく、5月よりIT新チームを立ち上げます。 今回は新チームの責任者として、以下の業務をお任せします。 ・自社クラウドサービスの開発プロジェクトのリードとして、治療院用クラウドレセコンの機能拡張、既存システムの改善企画・設計 ・開発フェーズにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント ・プロダクト開発に伴う基幹システム（顧客データベース）の改善 ※新設のIT部門では、現在10名程度のエンジニアメンバーがおります。メンバーのマネジメントを行いながらプロダクトマネージャーとして事業とのコミュニケーションを図りながら、プロジェクトの全体設計とエンジニアのマネジメントをお願い予定です。
