▍仕事概要￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ AIと最新デジタル技術をフル活用したUI/UX戦略の立案から実装・改善までを一気通貫でリードしていただきます。経営陣のビジョンを可視化して、“使いやすく”“わくわくする”プロダクト体験として具現化し、AIを軸にした新しいインタラクションデザインをリードすることがミッションです。また、中長期的にはコーポレートブランディングやコーポレートアイデンティティ策定にも携わり、組織横断的なデザイン戦略を担う CDO（Chief Design Officer）候補として、弊社のブランド価値向上と事業成長をデザインの力で牽引していただきます。最新技術に触れながら、サービス全体のカスタマージャーニーを俯瞰し、チームを巻き込んで新たな体験価値を共創できるポジションです。 ▍業務内容￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣・経営層やプロダクトオーナーとのディスカッションを通じ、ビジョンを具体化するワークショップの企画・ファシリテーション・Generative AI / Conversational UIなど、AI技術を組み込んだUIフロー・ワイヤーフレームの設計・プロトタイピング・デザインシステム構築（コンポーネント設計、ドキュメンテーション）・開発チームとの連携によるUI実装サポート（Figma→React等）・ユーザーテスト、ABテストの設計・実行と定量 / 定性分析に基づくUX改善・将来的には、コーポレートブランディングやコーポレートアイデンティティの推進
