データ分析があらゆる産業の意思決定に欠かせない時代。 しかし実際には、「分析＝レポート作成」に留まるケースも少なくありません。 私たち分析屋は、そんな現状を変えるべく、 “おもてなし分析”という思想のもと、データの裏側にある人の想いや状況まで汲み取り、 クライアントらしい意思決定を導く分析を実践しています。 それは、単に数字を扱う仕事ではなく、 データだけでなく、その背景にある想いや文脈まで読み解き、 納得感ある意思決定を支援する「おもてなし分析」です。 今回募集する ACR部（Analytics Consulting & Research部） は、 分析屋の中でも「アナリストに特化した部門」。 データを読み解き、課題を見抜き、解決策を導き出す―― そのすべてのプロセスに誇りを持てる「分析の専門家集団」として、事業と社会に貢献しています。 単なるデータ処理ではなく、“思考力・構造化力・提案力”を磨きたい方。 ACR部は、あなたが「一流のアナリスト」を目指せる環境です。 お客様のビジネス課題に対し、 データを起点に「なぜ」「どうすべきか」を導くアナリスト業務を担当します。 ・各種データ（売上・顧客・Web・CRMなど）の抽出・整形（SQL） ・BIツール（Tableau／Power BI／Lookerなど）を用いた可視化・ダッシュボード構築 ・KPI設計・レポート設計・改善提案 ・クライアントとの課題整理・仮説立案・レポーティング 業務を通じて、「データを読む力」だけでなく、“問いを立てる力”“伝える力”、“提案する力”を磨けます。
