■■募集背景■■ SENSY Inc.は、データからヒトの「感性」を読み解くAI技術で、企業活動と生活者のミスマッチを解決したいという想いから、2011年に創業し、パーソナル人工知能の研究開発及びその技術を活用した事業展開をしています。特に、人工知能アルゴリズムの研究開発は、当社の人工知能研究所で行っており、慶應義塾大学、東京工業大学などとも連携した研究組織となっております。 「Follow your Sense（感性のまま自分らしく）」をビジョンに掲げ、必要なモノや情報が、必要なタイミングで、 必要とするヒトのもとへ届く世界を作ろうとしています。 そのために、あらゆる産業における、ロスやミスマッチを解消するビジネスを展開しています。 このビジネスの根幹にあるのは、ヒトの「感性」を学習する独自のAI技術（特許出願済）です。 どのような刺激によって、ヒトは心を動かされ、行動が変わっていくのか。私たちはそのようなヒトの感情のメカニズムのことを「感性」と呼び、AI技術とビッグデータを駆使して、感性を科学する研究を日々重ねています。 スーパー、百貨店、ドラッグストア等のリテール企業、消費財メーカを中心として、消費者の感性を理解し、その行動を予測するAIを主力商品として、需要予測やマーケティングなどのサービスを提供しており、今後幅広くライフスタイル領域において、企業活動と生活を支える社会インフラへと事業拡大を図っております。 弊社では、さらなる成長のアクセルを踏むべく、独自の技術とデータを活用した、新しいビジネスを開発したいと考えています。 これまでのプロジェクトから得られたナレッジを活かしてプロダクトを開発し、事業展開していきます。 また、これまでの事業ドメインも拡大し、金融、物流、不動産、外食など、新しい業界の課題解決にチャレンジしていきます。 そのため、今後の事業を更に加速させ、最新技術を用いて生活・産業、そして社会に価値提供をし続けるためにも新しいメンバー（研究者、データサイエンティスト、機械学習エンジニア等）を採用します。 ■■お任せしたい仕事■■ これまでの経験や今後のキャリアによってお任せする業務は変わりますが、大きくは3つの役割があります。 ・研究者：AIアルゴリズム（ディープラーニング等）の基礎研究並びに応用研究 ・データサイエンティスト：ビジネス課題を解決するためのAIアルゴリズムを活用した分析・提案・検証 ・機械学習エンジニア：AIアルゴリズムを活用したシステム開発などのエンジニアリング ＜一例です＞ ・データ理解、ビジネス理解、要件定義、アルゴリズム開発までのPoCプロジェクト ・開発したAIソリューションの実証実験 ・実証実験、本運用に向けたデータパイプライン、MLパイプラインの開発（MLOps） ・これまでに開発したAIソリューションのプロダクト化 ・SENSY独自のAIアルゴリズムの研究開発
