【募集背景・ミッション】 「日本のHRを、データとAIで最先端へ。」 当社はPeople Analytics（組織データの科学的活用）を推進しており、HRデータ活用においては日本でも最先端のポジションにあると自負しています。 複数の内製HRツールを通じて蓄積された、他社にはない「質・量ともに豊富な独自データ」がすでに手元にあります。 この豊富なデータを盤石な下地として、AI時代に真に価値ある「データドリブンHR」を実現するための人材を募集します。 日本のHR領域の先頭を走るこの挑戦に、ぜひあなたの力を貸してください。 【業務内容】 Google Cloud (BigQuery) を中心としたデータ基盤の整備を主軸に、そのデータを活用するためのアプリケーション開発・AI実装も担っていただきます。 ▼データ基盤の整備・運用 (Data Engineering) まずはこちらの領域でリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。 データパイプライン構築・運用: -複数の内製HRツールやSaaSから、BigQueryへのETL/ELT処理の実装・監視。 -データの欠損や異常を検知する品質モニタリングの仕組み作り。 DWH設計・管理: -BigQuery上でのデータモデリング、マート作成、クエリパフォーマンスの最適化。 データガバナンス: -機微な個人情報（PII）を守るためのアクセス権限管理（IAM）、セキュリティポリシーの設計・運用。 ▼HRIS開発・AI活用 (Web App & AI Engineering) データ基盤と連携するアプリケーション側の改修や機能追加を担います。 HRIS（Webアプリ）の保守・開発: -AWS (EC2) 上で稼働する Python / Vue.js 製アプリケーションの機能追加および運用。 -データ入出力ツールの開発 ※将来的には、よりモダンな構成へのアーキテクチャ刷新（コンテナ化やGCP統合など）も計画しています。 AI機能の実装: -Vertex AIを活用した「タレントサーチ機能（適材適所マッチング）」の精度向上や、新たなAI機能のプロトタイピング・実装。 【技術スタック】 データ基盤はGoogle Cloud、アプリケーションはAWSというマルチクラウド構成です。 【環境・技術】 データ基盤 (Main) : Google Cloud, BigQuery, Webアプリ基盤 (Sub) : AWS (EC2) ※将来的な刷新はあり AI / ML : Vertex AI (Google Cloud) 開発言語 : Python, Vue.js データベース : BigQuery (分析用), MySQL (Webアプリ用) その他 : GitHub, Slack
