グローバルに展開するDeNAのゲーム事業における新しい開発手法を用いた新規事業及びそれに連なる新規/既存タイトルのマーケティングディレクション業務全般をお任せします。 複数タイトルにおけるマーケティング領域のリーダーとなり、高い視座で市場やユーザー分析を行いながらディレクション及び関連する実務を遂行していく重要なポジションになります。 【職務内容詳細】 ・マーケティング戦略の立案と推進 ・競合分析 ・広告クリエイティブ/ストア用クリエイティブの制作企画検討とそのディレクション ・クリエイティブ制作メンバーへの成果物イメージ伝達及び成果物の検品 ・広告配信設定 ・広告配信結果の振り返り実施及びデータ分析 ・全作業によって発生するチーム内外及び外注先との柔軟なコミュニケーション 【やりがい・魅力】 ・ターゲットがグローバルであり、スケールの大きい土俵で業務遂行できます。 ・新規事業の為、獣道を自身の力で切り開きながら新しい市場や顧客に対する戦略検討を行うなど、ゲーム事業の中心人物となって大きな業務に関われるチャレンジングかつ刺激的な役割です。Company Info
