LLMフルスタックエンジニアは、AIがコアバリューとなる新規サービスの開発において、PoC（概念実証）、MVP（実用最小限の製品）、そして本開発まで、すべてのフェーズをリードする開発職です。 現在DeNAでは、「AIオールイン」を掲げる全社戦略に伴い、ゲーム、エンターテインメント、ヘルスケア、教育といった多様な事業領域で、生成AIを活用した新規サービス開発を積極的に推進しています。本ポジションでは、大規模言語モデル（LLM）の応用はもちろんのこと、フロントエンド、バックエンド、さらにはLLM/音声合成 (Text-to-Speech / TTS)の研究開発まで、幅広い技術領域をご担当いただきます。 ※「AIオールイン」戦略 https://fullswing.dena.com/archives/100165/ 開発業務にとどまらず、プロダクトマネージャー（PdM）と密に連携し、企画、要件定義、システム設計、そしてサービスへのインテグレーション、リリース、運用まで一貫して携わっていただきます。 <利用技術> - 開発言語 Python, Go, Dart(Flutter), TypeScript - 技術スタック LangChain,LangGraph, RAG, Node.js - インフラ Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Firestore - ツール Github Actions, Terraform - AI開発ツール Cursor, Devin, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt <働き方> 本ポジションはプロダクトや事業部門と密に連携しながら開発を行うポジションのため、週3程度の出社を推奨しています。 ※個々人の事情に合わせて個別相談は可能。また遠方地に居住されている方も勤務可能です。Company Info
