▍募集背景 ASEAN地域で拡大を続ける海外賃貸仲介事業「dearlife by RENOSY」。 今後の組織拡大と事業成長に向け、日本発で現地事業をリードできる営業マネージャー候補を募集します。 現地駐在員・法人顧客に向けた高級賃貸仲介の中核を担いながら、経営と直結した実務を経験できるポジションです。 将来的には、営業戦略立案やチームマネジメントなど、現地責任者候補としてのキャリアステップも描けます。 ▍ミッション ・タイ・バンコクを中心としたASEAN賃貸マーケットの拡大 ・顧客・現地パートナーとの信頼構築を通じたサービス品質の向上 ・グローバル事業拡大を見据えた営業基盤の確立 ▍業務内容 ・駐在員・現地法人向け高級賃貸物件の営業提案、契約・更新対応、顧客対応（問い合わせ、内見、契約手続き等） ・現地オペレーション部門との連携、業務効率化推進 ・顧客満足度を高めるための改善提案・施策立案 ・将来的には： 営業戦略の立案・実行 KPI設計・管理 チームマネジメント、メンバー育成 ▍キャリア展望 ・組織規模：現状30〜40名 → 将来的に150〜200名規模へ ・事業規模：売上10億円／利益1億円 → 売上3倍・利益5倍へ拡大中 ・将来的には営業マネージャー／事業責任者へのステップアップも可能 ※RENOSY Thailand 会社HP： https://www.dlife.co.jp/rent/corp.htmlCompany Info
