ARAYAでは、熟練者の高度技能を短期間で継承できる「高効率技能伝承システム」の構築を進めています。 本ポジションでは、熟練者・初心者のマルチモーダルデータの取得 → 差異モデリング → VR/EMSフィードバック設計 → PoC実証まで一貫して担い、社会実装につながる研究成果の創出を目指します。 【業務の具体例】 1. マルチモーダル計測環境の構築 ・Motion Capture（OptiTrack等） ・IMU, sEMG, EEG, 眼球運動 ・カメラ映像、音声 2. 熟練者/初心者の技能差異モデルの構築 ・動作軌跡・筋電・脳波・IMU・視線の統合解析 ・時系列モデル（RNN/Transformer/CNN）による熟達度分類 ・特徴量抽出・技能解析 3. リアルタイムフィードバックシステムの実装 ・VR/AR を用いた視覚フィードバック ・EMSを用いた動作誘導（リアルタイム制御） ・熟練者の暗黙知を“定量化”して初心者へ伝達する仕組みの開発 4. PoC 実証・評価 ・初心者/未経験者に対する技能習得実験 ・習得速度・パフォーマンス向上の検証Company Info
