【背景】 ティアフォーの米国子会社（TIER IV North America）やグローバルの投資先に対する財務・会計・組織・内部統制などの管理業務を、日本本社側からサポートいただける方を募集しています。 日本発の自動運転技術をグローバルに展開していく上で、米国子会社及びグローバルの投資先の成長と基盤整備は極めて重要な要素です。 短期的には本社による一括管理体制を維持しつつ、中期的には現地オペレーションの安定化と自立化を見据え、管理部門機能の強化を目指しています。 【仕事内容】 日本本社に所属し、米国子会社や他国の投資先企業の管理業務を中心に、以下の業務を担当します。 - 機関運営支援：株主総会・取締役会の開催準備、議事録作成、登記関連対応 - 法務・契約関連：リーガルチェック、社内規程類の整備支援 - 会計・財務関連：月次・年次決算サポート、予算策定、外部会計事務所との連携 - 内部統制：監査対応、社内統制プロセス設計、業務フロー標準化 - 人事関連調整：現地雇用契約、給与支払、HRオペレーションの調整（人事法務ユニットと連携） - 会社間コミュニケーション：各種調整・レポーティング 【チャレンジ・やりがい】 グローバルに事業を展開する中で、海外拠点の会計・法務・組織・内部統制など幅広い領域に関わりながら、将来的な現地自立運営に向けた仕組みづくりを担っていただきます。 また、会社の成長や組織体制によっては、米国への出向や現地での業務推進を担う可能性もあります。 【従事すべき業務の内容】 雇入れ直後： 本求人に記載のある業務 変更の範囲： 上記に加え、会社が指定した業務Company Info
