顧客の開発プロセスやデータ構造を理解した上で、課題仮説の設計から支援手段の選定、プロジェクトの設計・提案・実行・評価までを一貫してリードします。【ミッション】 MI-6は「"マテリアルズ・インフォマティクス"を普及し、研究開発を革新する」ことを使命としています。ソリューションコンサルタントは、MI-6の技術・プロダクト・知見を統合し、顧客の研究開発組織における課題を実装レベルで解決に導く役割を担います。本ポジションでは、顧客の開発プロセスやデータ構造を理解した上で、課題仮説の設計から支援手段の選定、プロジェクトの設計・提案・実行・評価までを一貫してリードします。また、事業開発・技術開発チームと連携しながら、顧客組織内での成果定着を支援し、研究開発の変革を現場から推進します。【役割概要】執行役員直下のポジションとして、以下の領域を統括します。 1. 課題発見と仮説設計・顧客の研究プロセス・データ活用状況を理解し、構造的課題を抽出・インフォマティクス技術を活かした解決仮説を設計 2. ソリューション設計と推進・自社プロダクトやデータサイエンス、AI、デジタル化技術を組み合わせ、最適なソリューションを設計・プロジェクトの計画立案から提案までをリードし、実行・効果検証を統括 3. 成果定着と顧客価値創出・継続的なインフォマティクス活用体制の構築支援・顧客現場と社内技術チームの橋渡しを行い、成果の再現性を確保・顧客のR&D組織変革を長期的に伴走【このポジションの魅力】・研究開発の現場に直接入り込み、顧客の変革を自らの提案と実装で実現できる・MI・データサイエンス・自動化など先端領域の技術と事業開発を横断的に扱える・事業開発・R&D・プロダクトチームと密に連携し、産業全体の知的生産性向上に貢献できる
