自社SaaS製品であるコミュニケーションプラットフォーム「カイクラ」、およびCRM/AIシステム等とのシステム間連携機能の運用保守全般をお任せいたします。 具体的には： ■自社SaaS製品「カイクラ」の運用監視・保守、およびSRE等の仕組み改善 ■他社システムとの連携機能の運用監視・保守 ■「カイクラ」システムの導入および移行支援 ■「カイクラ」システムの品質向上およびセキュリティ強化 ※保守、品質向上およびセキュリティ強化などには軽微な開発も含まれます。 【開発環境】 タスクによっては、関連部署および社外の関係者とコミュニケーションをとりながらプロジェクト形式で推進します。 ■フレームワーク：Laravel（一部） ■言語：PHP/javascript(jQuery, Vue.js)等 ※携帯アプリもあり ■OS：Linux ■Middleware：Apache, MySQL ■クラウド：FJcloud、AWS、IBM 開発部のミッション： ■経営理念「ITで世界をもっとおもしろく」を貫くため、生成AIなど常に最新技術を取り入れ、企業価値を創造していきます。 ■シンカ成長戦略の核となる製品・サービスを提供し続けます。 ※入社・オリエンテーション後は、OJTを通して、自社サービス「カイクラ」の理解を深めていただきます。Company Info
