【募集背景】 Shippioは現在、国際物流オペレーションとテクノロジーを一体で提供する「Shippio Forwarding」、荷主向けSaaS「Shippio Cargo」、物流事業者向けSaaS「Shippio Works」の3つの事業を展開しており、事業モデルやターゲットの多様化に伴い、ビジネスの複雑性は日々高まっています。 このような環境の中で、それぞれの事業モデルを踏まえ、データドリブンに最適な戦略やオペレーションを策定・実行できる仕組みと体制を構築し、事業成長を強力に支える基盤を整えることが急務となっています。 そのため、本ポジションでは、これらの取り組みをリードし、Shippioのさらなる成長を支えていただける方を募集しています。 【職務内容】 マーケティング～CSまでを横断し、他のチームとの連携も密に連携を取りながら、業務領域を広げていただきたいと考えています。 ・Biz組織のKPIモニタリング、改善の仕組みづくり ・各種マーケティングツールを活用した効果測定・分析によるPDCA、業務標準化 ・Demand Waterfall モデルにおける各ファネルの進捗を可視化するデータ・プロセスの設計 ・各チームの生産性のボトルネックを明らかにし、テクノロジーを活用しながら、業務爆速化の仕組みを実装 ・セールス、カスタマーサクセス、製品開発などの他部門との連携を深化し、LTV最大化するための戦略作成。 ・データ駆動の文化構築：チームのデータ活用能力を向上させるためのトレーニングやワークショップの提供。 【利用ツール】 MA：Marketo、SFA：Salesforce、BI：LookerStudio、DWH：Big Queryなど 　※ツールに関しては、投資対効果の判断が付けば積極的に導入しています。 【中期的な職務内容】 • Biz Ops マネージャー • マーケティング・マネージャー • 新規事業のマーケティング責任者 • プロダクト・マーケティング 【ポジションの魅力】 ・業界のイノベーターとして、新市場創造のためのマーケティング・ブランディングを担うことができる ・日本を代表するエンプラ製造業／商社の経営課題に対してのアプローチができる ・グローバルな事業、かつ国際色豊かな開発チームなどダイバーシティあるチーム体制で、スキルを磨くことができる
