【ミッション】 Reproは世界で最も価値のあるマーケティングソリューションの実現を目指すスタートアップ企業です。 アプリ内マーケティングツールやWeb接客ツールとして成長してきたReproは、メールやLINEを含めた統合型MAツールとして生まれ変わる転換期にあります。 この転換期において、複雑化するReproをお客様に最大限ご活用いただくための最適なソリューションを設計し、パートナー企業との協業や既存機能の新たな活用法を通じて、全社的な売上拡大を実現する——それがこのポジションの核心です。 企画から実行、検証まで一気通貫で担当でき、経営に近い距離で事業を動かせます。 お客様の事業成長につながるソリューションを生み出し、会社の売上成長に直結する、やりがいと裁量の大きいポジションです。 【業務内容】 あなたの強みや志向性に応じて、以下の業務の中から注力領域を決めていきます。複数の領域を横断して担当することも可能です。 ＜BizDev領域＞ ■ パートナー協業の推進 パートナー企業との協業による新規ソリューションの企画立案、フィジビリティの確認、PoCの実施、商品化までのプロセスを一気通貫でリードします。Salesと連携しながらパートナー企業への営業支援も行います。 ■ 既存機能のソリューション化 既存機能を活用した新たなソリューション企画や、顧客との協業によるPoC実施を通じて、売れる製品を創出します。Customer Successチームと連携し、実際の顧客展開まで伴走します。 ＜PMM領域＞ ■ 市場戦略・ポジショニングの策定 ターゲット市場の定義、競合分析、Reproの差別化ポイントの明確化、プロダクトポジショニングの策定を行います。 ■ メッセージング・コンテンツ開発 Reproの価値を効果的に伝えるメッセージング戦略の策定、営業資料、ウェブサイトコンテンツ、ホワイトペーパー、事例などのマーケティングアセットの企画・制作を行います。 ■ Go to Market戦略の実行 新機能や新ソリューションのローンチ計画策定、Sales/マーケティングチームとの連携、顧客への訴求施策の企画実行を行います。 ＜共通＞ ■ 戦略策定・推進 パートナー戦略の立案、ソリューション企画の方向性設計、売上目標達成に向けたロードマップ策定を主導します。経営陣や事業責任者と直接議論し、意思決定を行います。 ■ プロセス構築・組織化 事業開発やプロダクトマーケティングにおける再現可能なプロセスやナレッジの体系化、将来的なチーム拡大に向けた基盤づくりを推進します。
