生成AI／RAGを活用した営業領域の業務変革を、顧客現場に入り込んで“使われ続ける”形に実装・定着させるポジションです。 業務理解・要件定義・エージェント/ワークフロー構築・運用定着の一連をリードし、AI機能が売上・生産性・ユーザー体験に貢献する状態をつくります。 ・営業領域における AIエージェント／AIワークフロー の企画・要件定義 ・ユーザーのヒアリングを経たTo-Be業務プロセス設計、業務要件の整理、KPI/効果測定設計 ・ノーコード／ローコードのエージェントビルダーを活用した実装推進 ・PoC設計〜本番運用への移行計画、定着化のリード ・顧客課題を踏まえた新規プロダクト、プロダクトの起案、既存プロダクト改善要望の整理、開発チームへのフィードバック ■業務の変更の範囲 会社の定める業務 ※本人の希望を聞かずに転勤させることはありません。Company Info
