「ナレッジワーク」における情報検索やRAGの性能向上を担うAIエンジニアポジションです。 ナレッジワークは営業担当を支援するイネーブルメントクラウド AI であり、商談データや営業資料やトークスクリプト、学習コンテンツなど多様なナレッジが日々蓄積されています。 このポジションでは、それら膨大なデータの中からユーザーまたはAIエージェントが求める情報に迅速かつ的確にアクセスできるよう、全文検索・ベクトル検索などの技術を活用して検索性能を進化させていただきます。 【具体業務】 ・ナレッジワーク上に格納された営業資料・スクリプト等の検索性向上 ・全文検索エンジン・ベクトル検索エンジンの設計・改善 ・検索・RAGを利用したAIエージェントの継続的な改善 ・AIエージェントのログ分析と検索精度改善へのフィードバック ・PdM、プロダクトエンジニア、SREチームとの連携による仕様設計 ■業務の変更の範囲 会社の定める業務 ※本人の希望を聞かずに転勤させることはありません。Company Info
Knowledge Work Inc. is a startup company founded in April 2020 by Koji Asano, former director of Link and Motivation, and Maya Kawanaka, a former Google software engineer and current CTO. The company's mission is "LIFE WITH ENABLEMENT: Delivering days filled with the joy of being able to do things," focusing on "enablement in work" (improving abilities and generating results). They develop and provide cloud services (SaaS) for corporations. In April 2022, they officially launched their sales enablement cloud service, also named "Knowledge Work," which has been adopted by major Japanese companies. The company aims to extend enablement to all job types, striving to transform work into a source of joy and accomplishment. They also incorporate AI for sales support. In November 2023, Knowledge Work Inc. secured 4.5 billion yen in Series B funding to accelerate its multi-product strategy, with plans to release ten new products within three years.
