Job Summary

新規事業となるDXコンサルティングの、0→1での立ち上げメンバーを鋭意募集。クラウドワークスが持つ600万人超のタレントプールと圧倒的な開発アセットを武器に、クライアントの経営課題を“事業”として解決しながら、自らも経営者視点のポータブルスキルを獲得できるフェーズです。本ポジションは【シニアコンサルタント・アソシエイトマネージャー】クラスを想定しておりますので、デリバリー経験を必須として求めております。短期的には案件創出～デリバリーの型作り上げを優先したいと考えております。中長期観点としては下記2点を構築していく想定となります。 ①PJT単価/トップラインの向上 ②組織規模100名~に向けた体制の構築 ■業務内容クライアント企業の全社戦略/事業戦略及び、戦略実現に向けたオペレーション検討/実行支援等、様々な課題解決を横断的に担当いただきます。具体的には下記をご担当いただきます・デリバリーリード：プロジェクトのライフサイクル全般にわたり、品質・コスト・納期（QCD）の管理と達成をリード※なお・PJTの大小にはよるが、2～3案件/1人対応を想定・クライアントとの折衝・交渉：お客様のニーズを的確に把握し、期待を超える価値を提供するためのコミュニケーション実施・チームマネジメントと案件拡大：プロジェクトチームを率い、メンバーの成長を促しながら、新たなビジネスチャンスの創出 ■魅力ポイント・経営への参画が可能：デリバリーだけでなく、経営中枢や組織戦略に関するミッションを担うことができる・組織立上げフェーズ：今期10名→来期70名→3年で300名体制を目指す急拡大フェーズであり、0→1での組織構築が可能・キャリアパスの多様性：本業であるプラットフォーム事業や新規事業での事業責任者、プロダクト開発ポジションへの参画も可能・PJT環境/教育体制：現在組織立ち上げフェーズとなるためアクセンチュアやBig4シニアマネージャークラス以上の経験者直下PJTでの参画が可能・柔軟性のある働き方：出社回帰の流れがある中で、リモート/出社のハイブリッドワークやフルフレックス制度の活用が可能
