クラウドワークスの新規事業であるPC管理SaaS「クラウドログPC管理」のプロダクト開発エンジニアリーダーをお任せします。 ■サービスに関して 当社の主力プロダクトである「クラウドログPC管理」は、PCログを自動的に取得・可視化し、企業の働き方改革をサポートするサービスです。 ■募集背景 現在、マネージャーが現場のフォローと意思決定の多くを担っており、マネージャー自身のリソースが不足しているという組織課題に直面しています。 今後、事業成長のスピードをさらに上げ、次々と新しい施策を打ち出していくためには、マネージャーと同じ目線で現場をリードし、自律的にプロジェクトを完遂できる「右腕」が必要です。 マネージャーのマネジメントコストを下げ、共に新しい価値を創出していける、技術と推進力を兼ね備えたリーダーを募集します。 ■主な業務内容 入社後1〜3ヶ月はドメイン知識のキャッチアップを行っていただきますが、3ヶ月後にはプロジェクトの先頭に立ち、ゴールまで牽引していただく想定です。 プロジェクトリード： 施策のネクストアクションを整理し、必要なステークホルダー（セールス・顧客・企画）と合意を取りながらゴールまで推進する 仕様設計・レビュー： ビジネス要件を解釈し、Webサービスとしての最適なアーキテクチャ設計およびコードレビュー 技術的サポート： チームメンバー（4名）やオフショアチームへの技術的な助言、課題解決支援 AI駆動開発の推進： CursorやGitHub Copilot、Claude Code等のAIツールを駆使し、チーム全体の生産性を再定義する スクラムの牽引： 開発サイクルの最適化と、チームのアウトプット品質の担保 ■開発環境 フロントエンド: React, TypeScript, JavaScript バックエンド: Golang, PHP ネイティブアプリ: C#, C++ その他言語: Perl, Python クラウド: AWS, Azure コンテナ・IaC: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform データベース: MySQL, Amazon Aurora モニタリング: Datadog 開発支援: GitHub, Figma, Slack AIツール: Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code, Github Copilot, Devin 開発手法: スクラム開発、オフショア開発 ■この仕事のやりがい リーダーとしての裁量： マネージャーの右腕として、自ら判断し施策を動かす手応えを実感できます。 組織のキャパシティを広げる貢献： あなたの参画によってマネージャーがより戦略的な動きに集中できるようになり、組織全体が新しい挑戦に踏み出せるようになります。 最先端のAI開発体験： 複数のAIエージェントやツールを実務に組み込み、次世代の開発プロセスを自ら構築・検証できる環境です。
