【主な仕事内容】 ・既存顧客からの、サービスロボットに関する問い合わせと修理対応 ※日本全国に約140箇所ある保守パートナーと連携し対応します ・顧客データの分析や、顧客満足度向上のための改善提案、メンテナンスオペレーションの構築等、サービスロボットのカスタマーサポートに関する業務全般 ・室内移動ロボットのテクニカルサポート ・メーカーとの調整 ・製品に関する市場活動のサポート ・製品問題発生時の調査・分析 ・メンバーの進捗管理、業務委託の教育・管理経験、およびベンダー・パートナーとの調整経験（PM的役割） 【魅力】 すかいらーくグループ様を中心に、日本全国でサービスロボットを3,500台以上（国内最大規模）導入・メンテナンスしている企業における根幹の業務を担当できます。 新しいサービスロボットの登場に伴うオペレーション構築など、型のないところに型を創りあげていくような、やりがいのある業務を経験することができます。 ロボット自体の性能は海外でも認められていますが、まだ馴染みの薄い日本では、良さを実感し繰り返し使いたくなるようなユーザーファースト、クオリティファーストのサポートを行うことが必要になります。 それを最前線で推進できるのが、DFA Roboticsで仕事をする最大のメリットです。Company Info
