GO株式会社では、市場の変化に一早く対応し、タクシー事業者とお客様にとってより良いプロダクトを提供するとともに、モビリティ領域を軸として「移動」のみならず「交通事故削減」「脱炭素化」「人材不足解消」「地域貢献」などをテーマとした多様な事業を展開するためのプロダクト開発を行っています。その中でプロダクトマネージャとして、プロダクトの企画から設計、リリース、リリース後の効果測定やその後の改善など、プロダクト開発における全ての工程に携わっていただきます。 本求人では、3,000万ダウンロードを超えたタクシーアプリ『GO』をはじめとしたB2C向けのプロダクトを担っていただけるプロダクトマネージャーを募集しております。 ・タクシーアプリ『GO』 ・タクシーのビジネス利用に特化した法人向け管理サービス 『GO BUSINESS』 ・交通事故削減を支援する次世代AIドラレコサービス『DRIVE CHART』 ・脱炭素サービス『GX（グリーントランスフォーメーション）』 ・ドライバー求人サイト『GOジョブ』 ・その他新規プロダクト プロダクトマネージャーとして以下の役割を担います。 ・ユーザーのペインを正しく理解し、事業の目標を達成するために最適な案件や機能における優先順位とスコープを定義することで、プロダクトを通じてユーザーの課題解決と事業の成功の両立を実現する。 ・プロダクトを市場に送り出すために、様々なステークホルダーに向き合い議論と合意形成を行い、コミュニケーションの中心となってプロダクト開発をリードする。 ・プロダクトがどの方向に向かって進むのか、理想のビジョンを描き、実現に向けたロードマップを作成する。 ・「なぜ作るのか(Why)」「何を作るか(What)」に責任を持つ。Company Info
