役員直下組織にて「移動で人を幸せに。」をミッションとするGO Inc.の事業推進業務を担当していただきます。モビリティに関する新たなサービスの企画からローンチまで責任を持ってリードし、GO Inc.の更なる成長に寄与していただきます。 【プロジェクトの例】 ・電車やバスなどの公共交通とタクシーの中間にあたる新しい移動手段の開発 ・地方における交通課題のソリューション開発 ・AI予約、優先パス、こだわり条件等のGOアプリのサービス追加 ・GO Premium等の新たな乗車体験を提供するサービスの開発 ・ユーザーとタクシーの需給バランスを最適化するアルゴリズムの開発 ・GO BUSINESSを始めとする法人向けサービスの開発 ・タクシー事業者の課題に対するソリューションサービスの開発 ・タクシー車両に搭載する次世代端末の開発 ・官公庁との新制度の実証実験 【具体的な業務内容】 ・新規プロジェクトの立ち上げ・体制構築・スケジュール作成 ・プロジェクト全体のマネジメント ・KPIの策定と実行戦略の立案 ・外部パートナー企業との協業・交渉 ・役員を含む社内/社外の様々なステークホルダーとの調整・交渉 GOアプリの新規サービスだけではなく、他部署で立ち上がった新規事業に関しても参画いただく場合もあり、GO Inc.の様々な領域におけるプロジェクトに関わることが可能です。 入社後のキャリアとして、プロジェクト推進内でキャリアアップするだけではなく、様々なプロジェクトをリードすることで得られた知見を元に、より企画にフォーカスした業務をするために事業企画部に異動したり、他部署の事業企画や事業推進の部署に異動することも可能です。Company Info
