上場を見据え、事業が非連続な成長を続ける現在。私たちが目指しているのは「単なる規模の拡大」ではなく、「社会インフラとして永続的に価値を出し続ける、強くしなやかな組織」の構築です。 事業や会社のフェーズが急ピッチで変わりゆく今、人事もまた、真に経営戦略を実現できる機能へと進化しなければなりません。 本ポジションでは、全社視点での重要アジェンダである「人事企画」のリードから、事業現場に入り込み組織課題を解決する「HRBP業務」までを一気通貫で担っていただきます。制度という「仕組み」と現場への実装という「リアリティ」の両面からアプローチできるからこそ、本質的な課題解決が可能になります。 ヒト・組織の側面から事業成長を牽引するキーパーソンとして、経営と共に組織をデザインしていく活躍を期待しています。 想定される主な業務内容 【人事企画】 ・報酬制度のポートフォリオ設計 ・現行人事制度の運用改善・新たな報酬制度のスキーム検討～導入までの企画および推進 ・経営陣への企画提案、全社横断アジェンダの推進 ・複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント ・タレントマネジメントシステムの導入・運用・改善 【HRBP】 ・組織編制／人事異動／要員計画策定 ・トップ～ミドルマネジメント強化プランの策定および施策の企画実行 ・各種サーベイの企画実行（組織サーベイ、従業員パルスサーベイ、360度FB等） ・MVV浸透、風土醸成の仕組み化検討Company Info
