急速に事業が拡大している日本最大のモビリティプラットフォームを有する当社を支える経理組織を強化するための募集となります。 変化が激しい中、新しいプロジェクトが多数発生、また既存の業務スキームの改善と、GO Inc.の変化に対して、よりプロアクティブな対応やビジネス提案ができる経理組織を目指しています。 定常的な月次・年次決算業務のみではなく、それらの仕組みの改修・改善から取り組むことや、ビジネスの決済業務、ERPを扱う業務、新規事業に関する経理スキームの構築にかかわる業務などにも多く関わっていただきます。これらを通して、複数のメンバーをリードしてもらいたいと考えています。 将来的なキャリアについて、ご志向性等に応じて様々なパスを検討できる環境です。経理部のマネジメントを担っていただく、専門性を磨きスペシャリストとしてご活躍いただく、経営戦略本部内で経理に留まらない領域に挑戦いただく等、シニアメンバーとしてご活躍いただく中で、キャリアを広げていっていただきたいと考えています。 スタートアップ企業ならではの変化を楽しみながら、また上場を見据えた業務プロセス作り、課題の解決をスピード感をもって取り組んでいける方を募集しています。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・新規ビジネスにおける経理業務のプロセス作りや、プロジェクトのリード、マネジメント ・ビジネスサイド、経理サイド問わず、会計計上までの一連のプロセスにまつわる課題の解決 ・法改正に伴う業務プロセスの見直し（ビジネスサイドの支援含む） ・会計・税務の各種判断やメンバーへの指導 ・月次決算業務（振替仕訳、資料作成） ・各部署からの問い合わせ対応 ・上場へ向けた月次・四半期・年次決算業務の体制構築Company Info
