京セラは、ファインセラミックスを中心とする素材・部品メーカーとして1959年に京都で設立し、以降、半導体関連部品、電子部品や通信端末・機器、太陽光発電システムなど、事業領域を広げ、現在では、連結売上高2兆円を超えるグローバル企業へと成長し、世界30カ国以上に約300のグループ会社を有しています。 【職務内容】 ・海外大手顧客と英語でやり取りしながら、製品の具体的な設計や技術的な要件について話し合い、仕様を決める業務 ・光源モジュールの量産化に向け、現在自社に足りていない製造技術や工程を明らかにする ・不足している技術をどのように導入・開発・調達するか、具体的な方法を検討する ・大手顧客と共同で進める製品開発・量産に向けたプロジェクトを、技術面・製造面から管理・推進する ・京セラグループ内で保有しているRGBレーザーやパッケージング、関連部品などの製造技術を把握し、必要に応じて活用する 業界をリードする革新的なお客様と英語で直接やり取りしながら、最先端のニーズに応える技術開発に携われます。開発に成功した製品が社会に役立っていることを実感できる、やりがいの大きい仕事です。 【配属部門のミッション】 次世代化合物半導体・窒化ガリウム（GaN）を活用した高効率デバイスやモジュールを開発・供給しています。特に、当社のGaN技術を用いた高精度かつ臨場感あふれるARディスプレイは、低消費電力で高輝度・高解像度を実現し、スマートグラスやエンターテインメント、医療分野などで新しい映像体験を提供します。これらの製品を通じて省エネとCO₂排出削減に貢献し、持続可能な低炭素社会の実現を目指します。 【採用背景】 メタバースや金属加工分野等に向けて窒化ガリウム製のレーザーチップから光源モジュール（光学系部品を含む）まで一気通貫で開発している強みで他社との差別化をはかっており、付加価値の向上、お客様との戦略的な提携を推進致します。レーザーに光学系のレンズやMEMS等を組み合わせたモジュールの知見を有する方を迎える事で共同開発の強化を図ります。Company Info
