企業理念「より多くの人と、感動を」 1938年の創業以来、パイオニアは数多くの世界初、業界初の製品やサービスをお客様へ提供してまいりました。 2023年に企業の新たなミッション・ビジョン・バリューを策定し、創業以来掲げてきた企業理念「より多くの人と、感動を」を企業ミッションに、ありたい姿として「未来の移動体験を創ります －Creating the Future of Mobility Experiences－」を企業ビジョンに掲げ、さらなる企業価値の向上に取り組んでいます。 ※各組織の取り組み、カルチャー、採用情報について積極的に発信中です。ぜひご覧ください！ パイオニア【公式】note 業務内容 知的財産部 特許１課のメンバーとして、下記業務を担当していただきます。 ・事業部門（企画、技術など）からの発明の発掘 ・国内外（特に日米欧）における特許の出願・権利化業務（特許事務所と連携した特許出願、中間処理業務、等） ・出願前の先行技術調査、他社特許に対するクリアランス調査、等の各種調査業務 ・特許活用／紛争案件における侵害判断および有効性判断に関する業務 ・特許に関する社内教育に関する業務 ポジションの魅力 当社知的財産部では、『知財価値を最大化することにより事業へ貢献する』ことを目指し、従前より発明の発掘、特許出願及び権利化、さらに取得した特許の活用に積極的に取り組んでいます。 特に、現在は従来のハードウェアに関する発明だけでなく、データサービス関連発明の出願件数を増加させることに注力しています。このような新しい取り組みを行っている知的財産部で、ご自身のスキルを活かしながら、さらにスキルアップを目指す意欲のある方にぜひ来ていただきたいと思います。 また将来的には、特許出願部門におけるマネージャやスペシャリストとしてキャリアを積んでいただく、もしくは特許渉外部門などでキャリアの幅を広げていただくことを想定しています。Company Info
