グローバル売上比率79%、世界に羽ばたくKUBOTA 120か国以上でビジネス展開し、農業機械・建設機械・エンジンなどの機械製品、水環境ソリューションなどを展開し、総合機械メーカー・グローバル企業として着実に海外展開を広げています。 ＜会社HP： https://www.kubota.co.jp/ ＞ 類似求人の検索は下記会社ロゴをクリックしてください。(/pages/kubota-group) 仕事内容 ■ 配属先部署の現在の役割・ミッション 自社の農機、建機、エンジン用のECU（電子制御部品）を製造し、国内外12拠点に出荷しています。 ■部署として今後目指している状態 自動運転など自社製品の高機能化が進み、ECUの需要が年々高まっています。 この流れは今後も続き更なる生産量の増加が予測されますが、量が増えても対応出来る生産体制が求められています。 ■具体的な仕事内容 入社後は配属工程で指導者からの教育を1ヶ月程度行います。その後、力量評価を行い正式に配属といたします。 ・製品検査業務 ・設備オペレータ業務 ◇仕事の進め方 各事業所から入った注文を元に生産計画を立てます。各工程配属者はその計画通りに段取りを行い、生産を進めていただきます。その中で前後工程とのコミュニケーションが発生します。 ■ 想定されるキャリアパス 各工程を全て経験した後、設備のプログラム作成、生産準備などの業務に従事いただきます。 3年～5年後を目途に、リーダーとして活躍を期待しています。 ■ 勤務について ・勤務体制：変則勤務有 （①８時出勤 16時30分定時 残業あり／②12時出勤 20時30分定時 残業あり ） ・部署の平均残業時間：25～35時間／月 ※計画的に年休を取得しやすい職場です。 ※筑波工場での業務となり、異動はありません。 ■ポジションのやりがいや魅力 クボタ製品の高機能化を支えている職場です。今後さらに農機、建機、エンジンの高機能化が進む事が予想され、それに伴い今後新しい技術の採用など様々な事にチャレンジ出来る環境です。 ■募集背景 詳細 体制強化（増員） ECU（電子制御部品）の製造には、はんだ付けや半導体の取り扱いなど、 ある程度の専門知識が必要であり、教育に時間が掛かります。 即戦力となる経験者を募集いたします。Company Info
