グローバル売上比率79%、世界に羽ばたくKUBOTA 120か国以上でビジネス展開し、農業機械・建設機械・エンジンなどの機械製品、水環境ソリューションなどを展開し、総合機械メーカー・グローバル企業として着実に海外展開を広げています。＜会社HP：　https://www.kubota.co.jp/　＞類似求人の検索は下記会社ロゴをクリックしてください。求人会社：クボタ建機ジャパン【クボタ建機ジャパンについて】ミニバックホー販売台数21年連続世界No.1（2002年〜）日本及び世界各地で高い評価を頂いているクボタ建設機械の国内販売会社です。【勤務地】山口営業所（山口県山口市）【業務内容】 ■営業職建設機械のリースやレンタル会社、販売店、代理店などのお取引先をまわり、クボタ製品の提案をしていきます。・お客様の機械の稼働状況の確認、クボタの建設機械の案内や提案、見積書と　提出を行い、商品を販売します。・機械修理を行うサービスエンジニアと協力して仕事を進めていきます。・1日5〜7社程訪問します。　訪問するのは既にお付き合いのあるお客様が中心。　じっくり関係を築いていく営業スタイルです。 ……ご提案する商材について…… 扱うのはクボタ製のミニバックホー、ホイールローダ、キャリアなどの建設機械です。中でも主力商品のミニバックホーは世界的なシェアを誇っております。既に導入いただいているお客様も多いため、新機種の紹介や古くなった機械の入替の提案を中心に行っていきます。《仕事の流れ》 ▼訪問・ご提案 1人1日5〜7件を訪問。エリアごとの担当制です。事務所や販売店に行くこともあれば、工事の現場に直接足を運ぶことも。何か困っていることはないか、次の工事予定はいつか、などをヒアリングしていきます。 ▼各種手配受注が決まったら納品手配へ。社内に事務スタッフがいますので、協力してスピーディーに商品を手配しましょう。また、修理やカスタマイズの依頼があれば自社のサービススタッフと連携します。 ★チームで目標を追いかけます。当社では、個人で定めた目標の達成度合いとチーム業績を併せての評価となります。目標を達成したら半期ごとに報奨金を支給（賞与とは別）。皆で協力して目標達成を目指せるため、チームワークは抜群です。【募集背景】体制強化（増員）クボタの建設機械事業が成長し続けていく中、販売会社も事業拡大しており、人員増強が必要なため。
