■ 募集背景 私たちはテクノロジーを通じて建設業界で働く全ての人々の未来を幸せにするために、顧客の経営課題から現場課題までを「ワンプラットフォーム」のサービスを通して解決へと導く活動を推進しています。 利用社数23.3万社、ユーザー数68.4万人が利用するANDPADは、建築・建設業界の業務を幅広くカバーし、利用企業様の経営DXを牽引するためのアプリケーションを多く揃えています。さらなる付加価値を提供すべく、サービスの利用を通して蓄積される様々なデータ資産を活用したソリューション開発に着手しています。 ■ 仕事概要 ANDPAD上で提供される各種サービスに蓄積されたデータを活用して、ユーザーの経営・業務を支援するAnalyticsサービスを開発します。 当求人は、プロダクト本部プロダクトアナリティクス部へ配属の求人です。 ※同チームで一緒に働くポジションのご紹介：経営・業務BI構築コンサルタント ■ Analyticsサービスのプロダクト開発 ・別チームにてデータクレンジング・パイプライン設計・構築が済んだデータマートを用いてBI構築を行います。 ・現在BIの構築には、BigQuery, Dataform, Looker Studio 等のツールを利用しています。 ・アドホック・単発の分析解析業務ではなく、設定された課題・テーマに基づいて将来まで継続的に利用できるダッシュボードを構築していく業務となります。 ・プロダクトマネージャーやデータエンジニアとの協業しながら取り組むことが多くなります。課題・テーマに即した要求に沿ってダッシュボード構築を行い、BI上のユーザー体験を最大化するために、データの加工にとどまらずに、データの見やすさ・操作のしやすさを考慮したUI/UXデザインや、ダッシュボードの利用頻度や目的に合わせた情報の整理配置・導線設計などの創意工夫ができる業務です。
