■組織について経済・社会情勢の変化に伴うサプライチェーンのデカップリングやグリーン・サステナブルの規制などグローバルにおけるビジネスの環境変化が加速していく中で、サプライチェーンのゼロベースでの構造改革の必要性が高まってきております。サステナブルSCM戦略ユニット（SCS SU）では、「GlobalでのSCM構築」や「物流・調達コストの構造改革」といった伝統的なテーマに留まらず、各社がこれから取組むべき「グリーントランスフォーメーション（GX）」、「サーキュラーエコノミー（循環経済）」といった課題やテーマに対して、グローバル知見と最新の事例などを基に企業の構造改革と社会価値の創造の取り組みを行うプロフェッショナルチームです。 ■業務内容 ①エンジニアリングマネジメント（ECM）及びサプライチェーンマネジメント（SCM）全体改革構想・クライアント企業の成長戦略や構造改革に寄与するための、全社ECM/SCM全体の戦略立案およびその実現支援 ②需給プロセス改革・需給業務の標準化/計画精度向上/組織改革を通じて、S&OP導入やAI予測モデル構築などにより、サプライチェーン全体の最適化を支援 ③PLM/MES改革・製造業の業務特性に応じたPLM/MES導入を通じて、設計～製造実行プロセスの情報連携/標準化によるグローバル競争力とDX基盤の強化を支援
