■組織について 経済・社会情勢の変化に伴うサプライチェーンのデカップリングやグリーン・サステナブルの規制などグローバルにおけるビジネスの環境変化が加速していく中で、サプライチェーンのゼロベースでの構造改革の必要性が高まってきております。 サステナブルSCM戦略ユニット（SCS SU）では、「GlobalでのSCM構築」や「物流・調達コストの構造改革」といった伝統的なテーマに留まらず、各社がこれから取組むべき「グリーントランスフォーメーション（GX）」、「サーキュラーエコノミー（循環経済）」といった課題やテーマに対して、グローバル知見と最新の事例などを基に企業の構造改革と社会価値の創造の取り組みを行うプロフェッショナルチームです。 ■業務内容 ①調達改革支援 ・調達業務診断による現状評価、目指すべき姿の設計 ・調達組織設計、戦略策定、KPI策定 ・コスト削減（支出分析、コスト削減施策立案、価格交渉支援） ・業務改革（BPR/DX/BPO構想策定） ②設備OM改革支援 ・インフラ/製造業の設備運転/保守に関わるO&M領域の業務改革支援（BPR） ・設備保守計画、予算管理、工務/保全プロセスの診断・改善提案 ・O&M領域におけるDXや業務標準化、アウトソーシング活用の支援Company Info
