【業務内容】 出入国審査に係る業務アプリケーション開発のリーダー的な役割で開発メンバーを牽引いただきます。 【想定プロジェクト】 出入国審査に係る世界最先端の生体認証技術を活用した業務アプリケーション開発を行うプロジェクトを想定しています。 【配属予定部門】 パブリック事業ライン 官公ソリューション事業部門 国交文教ソリューション統括部 【配属予定部門の紹介】 当グループでは、観光立国実現のため日本を訪れる世界の人々をエンドユーザとしたソリューションを提供しています。 【採用背景】 コロナ禍も収束し、今後観光立国の実現に向けて訪日外国人が急激に増加していくことが予想されています。顧客である出入国在留管理庁は、増加する訪日外国人に対応するために、出入国審査において厳格性を維持しつつ更なる円滑化を実現するという課題を抱えています。 この課題を解決するために、顧客とともに生体認証技術の活用等の高度なSI技術を用いて次世代の出入国審査を共創を目指していくために、新たなソリューションを創造するためのアプリケーション開発ができる人材を採用・育成していくことを目指しています。 【プロジェクト人数】 5～50名 【開発環境】 使用言語：C#、Java、C++ 【コード品質のための取り組み】 ・静的ソースコードチェックツール（Coverity） ・脆弱性診断ツール（AppScan） ・テスト自動化（Ranorex） ・カバレッジツール（VEGA、VCover） 【開発手法】 ウォーターフォール 【情報共有のツール】 Teams、Zoom、BOX、OneNote 【本ポジションの魅力】 ・全世界の人々がエンドユーザとなり得るやりがいのあるソリューションを提供できる 【入社後のキャリアパス】 ・入社～1年 アプリケーション開発・運用支援業務のサブリーダ的な役割にて、開発スキルや業務知識を蓄積していただきます。 ・2年以降 業務アプリケーション開発リーダーとしてチームの管理、顧客対応を行っていただきます。
