【業務内容】 NECグループが展開する社会ソリューション事業の中核である当社にて、お客様がシステムの基盤として利用するLinuxディストリビューション、コンテナプラットフォームに対して、Linux/コンテナのエキスパートとして各種技術支援、構築支援を提供します。 ソフトウェアに対する障害発生時の原因解析のほか、設計や構築といった上流工程の設計支援事業を推進していきます。 【想定プロジェクト】 Linux/コンテナプラットフォーム、および、付随するOSSの技術的な問い合わせに対して、ログ調査、ソースコード解析、実機検証などにより、問題解決に導く。 コンテナプラットフォームの構築検証、手順作成、および、お客様環境の構築を行う。 対象： Red Hat Enterprise Linux 全般 Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 全般 【配属予定部門】 テクノロジーサービス事業ライン DXサービス事業部門 PFマネジメント統括部 【配属予定部門の紹介】 技術サポートを遂行する技術者が中心のチームにおいて、5〜10名程度のチームに参画いただきます。 チームメンバーは、愛知（名古屋）が中心ですが、東京など複数地区に点在しています。 【採用背景】 NECグループのお客様では、コンテナプラットフォームの採用が増加しており、昨今では基幹システムにも利用されつつある。重要なシステムでの採用により、品質向上や技術支援、構築支援の必要性が高まっているが、技術者が不足している。Linux/コンテナの知識を保持する人材を増員することで、コンテナプラットフォームの事業を拡大していく。 【開発環境】 技術： ・Linux（レッドハット系） ・Kubernetes/OpenShift ・AWS 使用言語：C, Go, Python 環境：GitHub, VMware, AWS 【情報共有のツール】 Teams Zoom GitHub Redmine Box メール 【本ポジションの魅力】 Linux/コンテナディストリビューションの技術調査を経験することにより、OSに対する技術力を高めることができる。 最新のエンタープライズ用途のコンテナ技術、OSS技術に触れる機会が得られる。 【入社後のキャリアパス】 入社〜1年： Linux、もしくは、コンテナプラットフォームのプロジェクトに参画し、既存メンバーと共に、技術支援の経験を積んでいただく。 1年〜3年： プロジェクトの技術リーダーとして事業を遂行する。新規事業の立ち上げにも参画いただく。 3年以降： 新規事業の遂行、プロジェクトマネジメントを遂行いただく。
