【業務内容】 NECグループの顧客である企業様のシステム向けに、Oracle社 Exadata/PCA などEngineered Systems の LinuxOSや KVM、またOCIなどクラウド上のLinuxOSの技術問合せ対応などしていただきます。【想定プロジェクト】主には通信業、官公庁、金融系などミッションクリティカル性の高いお客様が多いです。お客様から、LinuxOSの動き(仕様/設定)などに関する問合せや障害対応において、LinuxOS観点からの技術調査などを行っていただくことを想定しております。【配属予定部門】テクノロジーサービス事業ライン DXサービス事業部門データマネジメント統括部【配属予定部門の紹介】 15名弱のサポートチームに参画いただき、業種を問わず多くのNECグループのSE、お客様にサービスを提供します。また、外部のH/Wサポートメンバとも連携しながら問合せ対応をしていただきます。【採用背景】 Oracle Engineered Systemsは業種問わず多くのお客様に活用頂いておりますが、当社のお客様、特に社会インフラを担う重要なシステムでその価値を活用いただくためには、高スキル技術者によるサポートが欠かせません。このようなプロフェッショナルなサポート事業を継続的に提供するため、次世代の当チームのサポートをけん引していけるエンジニアを募集します。【プロジェクト人数】 15名【開発環境】 Linux,OVM,Xen,KVM. 【情報共有のツール】 Teams,BOX,Zoom,Office365 【本ポジションの魅力】・LinuxOSはオンプレのみならずクラウド環境でも利用されており、KVMなど仮想管理基盤と共にご自身の持っているインフラ技術を存分に活かしていただくことが可能です。・また我々が扱うOracle社Engineered Systemsのような大型サーバに直接触れることができ、大型サーバで使われているLinuxOSのエキスパートを目指せます。・Oracle社とのパートナーシップを通じて最先端技術に触れる機会が得られます。・将来のリーダーとしてのキャリア形成を図ることができます。【入社後のキャリアパス】入社後〜半年：Oracle社Engineered Systemsや、LinuxOSに関する技術習得。あるいは LinuCの資格取得(最低でもLinuC Level1の取得を目指していただきます) 半年〜3年：お客様からの問合せを対応をしながら技術を深め、徐々にリーダーとして活躍いただきます。 3-５年後：プロジェクトリーダーまたはマネージャーとしてチーム全体を管理、技術面でリードいただきます
