【業務内容】 地方自治体向けの自社パッケージシステムにおいて、全国の政令市を対応している当社にて、プロジェクトマネージャーの立場で、地方自治体向けのパッケージシステムの導入・開発・運用・保守プロジェクトの管理をお任せします。 【想定プロジェクト】 自治体へのシステム導入プロジェクトに参画いただき、取り扱うパッケージシステムを身に付けていただく予定です。全国の自治体において類似のシステムが動いており、お客様とだけでなく、様々な自治体対応チーム間での情報共有や連携を行いながら業務遂行をしていただくことになります。 プロジェクト体制 　★プロジェクト管理者 　　業務チーム 全体体制はプロジェクト規模にも寄りますが、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト内外の調整およびチーム内の開発管理を推進していただくことを想定しています。お一人ではなく、弊社内の社員もリーダー／サブリーダーとして一緒に進めていく体制になります。 【配属予定部署】 パブリック事業ライン 首都圏住民情報ソリューション統括部 東日本住民情報ソリューション統括部 西日本住民情報ソリューション統括部 【配属事業部の紹介】 全国の政令指定都市や中規模自治体にＳＩ及び保守業務を行っています。ＰＭ、リーダークラスのＳＥ、若手と幅広いメンバーで地方自治体の事業を支えています。 【採用背景】 地方自治体を取り巻く環境は急速に変化をしています。その中でも標準化対応は大きな変化であり、定められた期限の中で実施する必要があります。 このための要員体制強化をはかっており、人材を募集しています。 特に、自治体業務経験をお持ちの方、プロジェクトマネジメントスキルをお持ちの方といった、今後リーダーとして活躍を期待できる人材の強化をはかりたいと考えています。
