【業務内容】 地方自治体向けのパッケージシステムの導入・開発・運用・保守業務。中核市、一般市における自治体システムの運用・保守対応プロジェクトの業務に携わっていただきます。 【想定プロジェクト】 自治体へのシステム導入プロジェクトに参画いただき、取り扱うパッケージシステムを身に付けていただく予定です。全国の自治体において類似のシステムが動いており、お客様とだけでなく、様々な自治体対応チーム間での情報共有や連携を行いながら業務遂行をしていただくことになります。 プロジェクト体制 　★プロジェクト管理者 　　業務チーム 全体体制はプロジェクト規模にも寄りますが、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト内外の調整およびチーム内の開発管理を推進していただくことを想定しています。お一人ではなく、弊社内の社員もリーダー／サブリーダーとして一緒に進めていく体制になります。 【配属予定部署】 パブリック事業ライン 首都圏住民情報ソリューション統括部 特別区グループ 【配属事業部の紹介】 特別区などの首都圏下の自治体向けシステムのSIおよび保守業務を行っています。プロジェクト規模は10名〜20名くらいまで、時期により異なりますが、開発、SI、保守、新規提案等様々なプロジェクトに関わることができます。 【採用背景】 地方自治体を取り巻く環境は急速に変化をしています。その中でも標準化対応は大きな変化であり、定められた期限の中で実施する必要があります。 このための要員体制強化をはかっており、人材を募集しています。 特に、自治体業務経験をお持ちの方、プロジェクトマネジメントスキルをお持ちの方といった、今後リーダーとして活躍を期待できる人材の強化をはかりたいと考えています。 【本ポジションの魅力】 今後更なる事業領域拡大が見込まれる為、住民情報システムのノウハウがあり、プロジェクトリーダーとして事業を遂行できる人材を求めております。プロジェクト管理の経験を積むことでより高度なスキルを身につけることができる環境です。 入社後はまず地方自治体向けパッケージシステムの保守業務のプロジェクトもしくは業務リーダーに携わっていただきます。 今後提案予定である導入案件については、積極的にプロジェクトリーダーとしてアサインし、導入作業/リーダーの経験を積んでいただくことを想定しています。 その上で将来的には当社住民情報のビジネス領域をけん引する人材を目指していただきたいと考えております。 【入社後のキャリアパス】 入社後1年：OJTとしてプロジェクト参画後、業務リーダーとして実プロジェクトを担当して頂く 2年目以降：プロジェクト管理者（想定）として、プロジェクトリーダーおよびサブチームを統率しプロジェクトを牽引
