【業務内容】 顧客である厚労省や外郭団体に対し、チームリーダー又はサブリーダーの役割で、直接折衝の上、仕様調整、要件定義からサービスインまで一気通貫で担います。当社は社会保険の中でも介護保険の領域で20年以上トップ ランナーとしてシステム構築を担っており、実績を基にした深い業務知見が競合に負けない大きな強みです。 深い業務知見をもつメンバーが数多く在席していますので、現時点で専門知識がない方でもチームでフォローの上キャッチアップいただけます。30代でマネージャークラスに登用される社員も在籍しており、大規模かつ堅牢性の高いPJでの経験で、エンジニアとしての市場価値を早期に、大幅に向上させることができる環境です。 【想定プロジェクト】 全国の医療機関や自治体、医療介護系の民間企業および国民に使って頂くシステムの実装に注力しています。 以下はプロジェクトの一例です。 いずれもAWS上に構築するクラウドネイティブなシステムです。 アプリケーション開発だけで30〜40名以上の体制を取り、1〜2年の工期で開発を行います。 ・医療や介護のデータを蓄積し分析に活用するシステムの開発 ・医療や介護のデータをマイナポや医療機関等と連携するシステム開発 ・医療及び介護保険制度を支える国の基幹システムの開発 【配属予定部署】 パブリック事業ライン 官公ソリューション事業部門 社保・公共ソリューション統括部 社会保障システム第二グループ 【配属事業部の紹介】 当部門は、社会保障領域のお客様（省庁や外郭団体）に対して大規模なシステム開発を手掛けるグループです。 メンバーは、部長1名、マネージャー6名、主任9名、担当13名の計29名です。 アプリケーション開発とインフラ構築のどちらも行っています。 キャリア採用も積極的に行っており、2022〜2023年度に計4名の方を採用しました。 仕事を通じて成長出来る活力のある職場です。 【採用背景】 当部門では、官公庁の社会保障領域において、データヘルス改革に繋がるシステム開発に取り組んでいます。 社会保障は、国のデジタル化政策で重点投資の対象であり、今後大きな成長をとげる事業領域です。 特にデジタル庁が推進するクラウドネイティブ開発では、他の領域の追随を許さないほど先行しています。 成長市場としても、新しい技術にチャレンジする領域としても魅力的な社会保障領域に対し、体制をさらに強化し新規事業を獲得していきたいと考えています。 このため、一緒に活躍して頂ける新たな仲間を募集致します。
