【業務内容】 ・業務アプレケーションレイヤ管理者 SAPを中核としたNEC社内で最大規模の基幹システムの業務アプリケーション処理の運用保守業務を推進。業務領域としては、販売、調達、経理、情報公開の領域を管理。運用プロセスとしては、プラットフォームレイヤ同様にITILに準拠して業務遂行。 NECの基幹システムを担いたい、最新技術を習得・使いこなしたい、AIを活用した業務アプリケーション運用に改革してみたい。というチャレンジングな方は大歓迎です。 【想定プロジェクト】 業務の主軸は、ＮＥＣグループ社内基幹システムの運用保守業務を管理者として、部下、パートナーを活用して管理する。 現時点の体制規模は、社員３４名、協力会社６２名程である。 当部門では、社内システムのＤＸ化への参画支援も行っており、段階的に立ち上がるＤＸ化された社内基幹システムの運用保守も担う組織です。 【配属予定部署】 NECソリューションイノベータ　グループDX推進室へ入社後、日本電気（NEC）へ出向となります。 出向先部署名：ＮＥＣ　運用DX統括センター　SREグループ 【配属先事業部の紹介】 NEC及びNECグループの基幹システムを支えているグループになります。 中規模から大規模まで様々なシステムのインフラ部分を維持・管理・変革させるのが役割です。 また、これらシステムのモダナイゼーションなど上流工程への参画も可能でいろいろなことにチャレンジできるグループです。 【採用背景】 ＮＥＣグループ社内基幹システムのＤＸ化推進に伴い、既存運用保守要員がリソースシフトにより不足。 また、運用保守要員の高齢化により管理職不足や、ＤＸ化された新たなシステムの運用保守体制の確立が急務となっている。 【本ポジションの魅力】 ＮＥＣグループ最大級の基幹システムの運用保守に従事できる誇り。 また、ＮＥＣとして取り組んでいるＤＸ化への参画や最新技術を組み込んだ基幹システムの運用保守に従事できる。 【入社後のキャリアパス】 入社時：主任または、管理職（マネージャー）として採用 ５年後：管理職または、部長級（シニアマネージャー）への昇格可能性あり 【応募者へのメッセージ】 ＮＥＣの社内システムにおいてもDXが進んでおり、新技術に触れることが多く変革を感じることができます。 またＮＥＣ最大規模のシステムの運用保守や社内システムのＤＸ改革に参画出来ると大きな経験が出来ます。 業務においてはリモートワーク中心ですので個人の時間やご家庭の時間を作りやすいです。
