【業務内容】 当社パブリック事業部のメンバーとして以下の業務に関わっていただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 * 医療・ヘルスケア領域のビッグデータを解析し、将来起こりうる疾患リスクや現状の体の状態を予測するための数理アルゴリズムの開発およびその研究計画立案 * データ取得のための国内外のアカデミアや企業との共同研究の締結・遂行やアライアンスの実施 * 製品開発チームや事業化チームとの連携による事業化の支援 【想定プロジェクト】 コホート研究から得られる臨床情報、プロテオミクス情報を利用したバイオマーカーの探索と疾患発症予測モデルの作成 * 疾患発症予測モデルの予防・臨床応用に向けた製品開発や事業化支援 【配属予定部門】 パブリック事業ライン デジタルヘルスケア・未来都市統括部 【採用背景】 ヘルスケア領域にて新規サービスの企画開発を行う当部署にて、今後のヘルスケア事業拡大に向けた研究開発(R&D)をお任せします。プレイングマネージャーとして業務いただくことを想定しています。 【本ポジションの魅力】 当社の強みであるＩＣＴ・ＡＩ・バイオ技術を活用し、ヘルスケア領域の特に「予防」に注力した新たなサービス開発に携わる事ができます。 また、市場状況や情勢を判断し、研究開発の立案から遂行までしていただきます。 * 研究の成果を製品開発や事業化のチームと連携して事業化に繋げることが出来ます。 【入社後のキャリアパス】 入社後には情報解析チームを率い、研究計画やデータ解析を行っていただき、事業シーズとなるバイオマーカーの探索や疾患発症予測モデルの作成をしていただきます。 その後研究開発チーム全体のリーダーを目指していただきます。
