【業務内容】 業務アプリケーション開発のリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネジメント候補として、業務を担当していただきます。具体的には、10～20名程度のチームのQCDマネジメントやお客様向けの業務改善提案なども行っていただきます。 スマホ決済、 ネットやスマホの回線・接続サービス、非通信領域での新規サービスの検討実装等様々な案件がありご経験やご志向に応じた最適なアサインを検討します。私達の生活に欠かせないサービスを支える誇りと責任感を持てる仕事であり、自身のSI開発スキルをより大きなPJで試したい、伸ばしたい方に最適な環境です。 【想定プロジェクト】 業種：通信業 PJ：大手通信キャリア向けWEBポータル開発プロジェクト 開発チーム： 10～20名 ※アサインする開発案件により変動 開発内容： 定期開発(3カ月毎、年4回)、個別案件開発(不定期に発生。開発期間も3カ月～1年以上もあり) 当社は顧客と10年以上の取引実績を持ち、顧客のコア事業（通信事業）の生産性向上、BtoC向けの新規サービス（非通信事業）の両軸でご支援をしています。プロジェクトによっては、顧客と事業の中期経営計画策定から一緒に入り込み、中長期的な事業拡大のためのご支援もさせて頂いています。単にPL,PMとしてのプロジェクト遂行、管理に留まらない、顧客と新しい社会基盤を創出していくやりがいも伴った業務です。 【配属予定部署】 パブリック事業ライン 通信キャリア業務統括部 【採用背景】 当社は、大手通信キャリア向けのシステム開発に取り組んでいます。私達の生活に欠かせないスマホ等を通して提供される様々な通信サービスなど、通信キャリア向けのシステム開発は頻繁に行われており、要員が不足しています。このため、一緒に活躍して頂ける新たな仲間／応募者の皆様には、このプロジェクトで重要な役割を担っていただきたく、リーダーまたはプロジェクトマネジメント候補のポジションを募集しております。
