コンサルタントの支援役である「リサーチのスペシャリスト」としてリサーチ業務を行います。 (本求人はコンサルティング領域のリサーチ職を対象としており、シンクタンク機能のリサーチ職は対象外です。) 【職務概要】 ■新規コンサルティングテーマの探索・開発に関するリサーチ業務 ■コンサルティング提案の支援業務 ■コンサルティングプロジェクトにおけるリサーチ業務 ■研修等を通じたリサーチスキルの移転 ■その他部門全体のリサーチ品質・生産性向上に資する取り組み 【当社コンサルティング部門の４つの特徴】 1.コンサルタントの自主性尊重が当社の最大の魅力 ①やりたいテーマをボトムアップ型で提案し、新しいグループ組織として立ち上げることができます。 ②常駐型案件がほぼ無く、関心の高い複数のテーマを掛け持ちながら能力を高められます。 ③グループを超えたクロスアサインに参加することによって、有機的に社内の専門家と協力し合う機会が持てます。 ④若手であっても意欲と能力のある場合は、お客様から受注をする機会を提供されます。 ⑤やりたい仕事が変わった場合、自ら手を挙げて所属グループを変更出来る機会が年１回あります。 2.民間企業と官公庁を繋げる役割と仕組み 民と官の顧客別に分けない組織編制となっており、専門テーマごとに民と官の両者に関わることができます。 そのため、民と官を繋ぎ社会課題を解決するハブとしての役割を担うことができます。 3.活用価値の大きなＳＭＢＣグループ基盤 提案受注はコンサルタントが独自ルートで開拓している事例が多いです。 また、新規顧客開拓に向けてはSMBCグループの豊富な法人ネットワークを存分に活かすことが出来ます。 （なお当社システム部門は、SMBCグループ内の金融システムを一手に引き受けており、SMBCグループ外をお客様としていないため、コンサルティング部門との協業がほぼありません。） 4.やりたい仕事を続けやすい労働環境で離職率が低い 常駐型案件がほぼ無い事もあり、リモートワーク主体の裁量労働が定着しています。自宅をメインにしてオフィス/シェアオフィスを併用する事で、効率的に働ける環境を自ら選択できます。また、ライフイベントに応じた働き方の変化があっても、仕事を続けやすい環境があります。
