募集背景 プロダクトの増加に伴い、品質管理に携わるメンバーも年々増えてきました。 これまではプロジェクトごとの対応が中心でしたが今後は中長期的なQA組織の方針を定め、全体最適を図るフェーズに入ってきたと感じています。 そこで今回、QA領域の実務理解を持ちつつ、 ・ピープルマネジメント全般（育成・評価・目標設計など）を担える方 ・複数プロダクトを俯瞰し、中長期の品質戦略を描ける方 ・開発部の部課長層と対等に議論しながら、全社の品質文化をリードできる方 を新たにお迎えしたいと考えています。 株式会社スマレジの事業について(https://corp.smaregi.jp/recruit/about/service.php) 業務内容 品質管理チームのマネジメント、会社全体の品質の向上を担う業務です。 自社プロダクトの品質向上と安定運用を担う品質管理チームの責任者として、テスト戦略の立案・実行、メンバーマネジメント、他部門との連携を通じて品質文化の浸透を推進していただきます。 ・業務詳細 ・品質保証戦略・方針の策定と運用 ・品質管理チームのマネジメント（目標設定・1on1・育成など） ・開発部門・ビジネスサイドなどとの連携による不具合予防 ・自動テスト導入・運用推進 ・品質指標の策定と定期レビュー ※従事すべき業務の変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 ※本人の希望を考慮します 組織構成 現在、品質管理チームは以下の構成で運営されています。 ・合計17名 └チームリーダー：2名、メンバー：15名 └拠点：大阪 15名／福岡 2名 ※今回募集するポジションは、 チームリーダーと連携し、品質管理組織全体をリードしていただくマネージャーポジションです。Company Info
