Craifの技術における臨床価値をさらに高めるため、生体分子データを正しく読み解き、研究・事業へ還元するアナリティクス機能の強化が求められています。米国事業が進む今、チームを統率し、研究・事業双方へ高精度な解析を提供できる体制の強化が急務です。マネージャーとしてチーム運営と技術戦略をリードし、解析基盤の高度化や共同研究を牽引いただける方を募集しております。 将来的には、グローバルR&Dのデータ戦略全体を統括するポジションへとキャリアを広げることができます。 〈マネージャーとしての役割〉 ※チームの標準言語は英語です ・OKRの策定やプロジェクトマネジメントを通じたチームの生産性の最大化 ・チームの運営方針の策定とチームビルディング ・人材マネジメント（採用、メンバーの役割最適化や後任育成、等） 〈解析チームとしての役割〉 ・Craifの技術を用いて取得したmiRNA等の生体分子のデータを解析し、疾患の判別やバイオマーカーの選定等、医療への応用を目指す ・ラボの研究員や臨床開発チームと密に連携をし、研究や事業の推進に必要な解析を提供する ・論文化や学会発表による研究成果の公表 ・国内や海外学会への参加、それらを踏まえた国内外との共同研究の企画・実行 ・米国子会社への出張や、意思決定に係わる会議体への参加Company Info
