職務内容【ミッション】AIを活用した新しいキャリアマッチング体験を社会に広げるため、採用企業のニーズを理解し、サービス運用スキームの構築を軸に、事業化と成長に向けた推進を担うこと。 マッチングサービスとして、販売企画やオペレーションの改善・実行などサービス運用を推進し、事業成長の基盤づくりを構築することがミッションです。 【仕事内容】AI転職アプリの第一弾は開発完了し、SPF(Solution Product Fit)検証を進めています。 これからのPMF(Product Market Fit)検証に向けた準備 → 事業化 → 成長戦略の構築に進むフェーズです。 マッチングサービスとして事業化を目指しながら事業推進を担うポジションとして、以下の領域を担っていただきたいです。 ・採用課題・市場構造の分析をもとにした、ターゲット設定・訴求内容の整理 ・マッチングサービスとしてのオペレーション設計（オンボーディング設計、マッチングプロセス構築など） ・KPI設計と数値に基づくサービスオペレーションの改善企画と実行 ・採用企業ニーズ・課題の収集とサービス改善へのフィードバックCompany Info
