BIPROGY株式会社は、日本初の商用コンピューターによって今日の情報社会を拓き、以来60年以上にわたりシステムインテグレーターとして顧客課題を解決し、社会や産業を支えるシステムを構築してきました。 この経験と実績をバックボーンに、業種・業態の垣根を越え、さまざまな企業をつなぐビジネスエコシステムを創る中核となり、顧客・パートナーと共に、社会を豊かにする新しい価値と持続可能な社会の創出に取り組んでいます。 ＜職務内容および役割> 金融系外部センターとの外接システム適用、保守、サポート業務を既存メンバと共に担当頂きます。 具体的には ●既存稼働中の顧客におけるシステム更改や新規顧客へ金融系外接システム（ETAIGAI）を適用 　・各外部センタとの接続テスト対応や当社勘定系システム（BankVision、OptBAE、BANKSTAR）との連携テスト 　・顧客へのヒアリングや報告・調整、スケジュール管理、品質管理、協力企業管理などプロジェクト推進 ●金融系外接システム（ETAIGAI）への制度対応や機能追加などの開発・保守 　・制度変更内容の理解と整理、要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・運用保守に至る一連の業務の実施と推進 　（開発フェーズは、作業は協力企業に依頼しますので、協力企業管理やレビューがメイン業務となります） まずは今いるメンバにフォローして貰いながら学んで頂き、できるだけ早い時期にリーダとしてのご活躍を期待しています。 既存金融機関は約30あり、15名の内工（7-80名の外工）で対応しています。 ※金融系外接システムETAIGAI（イータイガイ） ※当社の金融ソリューションについてはこちらをご覧ください 　　　　　https://www.biprogy.com/solution/theme/fs.html <当ポジションの魅力等＞ 今後長期で上記職務内容をご担当頂き、3～5年後には顧客（金融機関）窓口主担当として活躍頂くことができます。 変更の範囲：当面の間は本職務に従事いただく予定です。適性により当社業務全般に変更の可能性があります。 金融系周辺システムの導入および保守業務を担う部署で、稼働中外接システムの適用・保守・サポート業務を担当しています。 金融部門で大小さまざまな規模のプロジェクトを経験する中で、担当分野の業務知識、技術スキルを身につけることができます。中長期な視点では、業務や技術のスペシャリストとしての活躍だけでなく、マネージメントスキルを身につけ、チームリーダやPMを担当いただくことを期待しています。また当社の次期コアバンク構想にも絡んでいますので、金融勘定系という社会的に重要なシステムへのアプローチも経験できるためやりがいを感じる業務でもあります。 金融のお客様を支える社会的意義や責任感、またよりサステナブルな企業を目指す当社の理念に共感いただける方を歓迎いたします。
