BIPROGY株式会社は、日本初の商用コンピューターによって今日の情報社会を拓き、以来60年以上にわたりシステムインテグレーターとして顧客課題を解決し、社会や産業を支えるシステムを構築してきました。 この経験と実績をバックボーンに、業種・業態の垣根を越え、さまざまな企業をつなぐビジネスエコシステムを創る中核となり、顧客・パートナーと共に、社会を豊かにする新しい価値と持続可能な社会の創出に取り組んでいます。 職務内容および役割 当社のコアビジネスを担う営業部門において、中長期（～2030年）を見据えた戦略に対し、データドリブンな意思決定を支援するべく、業績モニタリング、管理会計、データ分析など、営業部門内のスタッフとして業務を担当いただきます。 担当頂く職務の具体的内容・役割としては下記業務に関わりながら、技術的な支援やアウトプットを中心に行って頂く事を想定しています。 ー ●データ分析：部門戦略の施策推進に向けたデータ整備と、市民開発による改善推進 ●自社製ソフトウェア商品の管理 ●業績モニタリング：営業部門の管理会計モニタリングにおける、環境提供支援 ー ＜補足＞ キャリア開発に沿った形での部門内ローテーションも可能です。 当ポジションの魅力 業務を通じて、当社ビジネスの幅広く様々な情報を獲得できるとともに、これらの業務に携わることで、会社全体の活動に関する見識を深めることができ、獲得した知識や経験は次のステップに活かせるものとなります。 営業部門内において経営企画組織のような役割を果たしており、経営企画業務に興味のある方、エンジニアとしてフロント業務を経験して来られた方など、上記業務と近しいご経験のある方は是非ご応募お待ちしております。Company Info
