【お任せする業務】電動化商品や樹脂成形工法のロードマップ実現に向けた技術課題整理から生産プロセス設計まで。成形設備メーカーとの交流から必要仕様・良品条件見極めまでを一貫して担当いただきます。 ●具体的には・成形設備メーカーとの技術交流テーマ企画・樹脂工法分野のグローバルベンチマーク・必要設備仕様・良品条件見極めと製品設計反映 ●使用言語、環境、ツール等 Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint) CATIA、Moldflow、3D TIMON 【組織のミッション】 ●EV第1生技開発部社会課題の解決に必要な革新技術・機能の具現化に、生産技術開発でタイムリーに挑戦・貢献し続けるプロ集団。スローガンは「もっといい開発をしよう」 ●電動化樹脂強化室電動化で必要となる高機能樹脂成形技術を先読みで手の内化。工法/材料/金型/評価に関わる技術力を組み合わせ、お客様に喜ばれる商品づくりに貢献します。【募集背景】車両の電動化を機会ととらえ、我々は素形材技術をベースとしたものづくり革新に取り組んでいます。中でも樹脂は軽量/断熱/形状自由度という従来からの性質に、絶縁/放熱/高強度といった材料機能を付与することで鉄やアルミを代替する素材として期待がありますが、難成形性が背反となりその成形技術開発が急務となっています。スーパーエンプラや熱硬化性樹脂などの高機能樹脂に関わる経験・知見を活かし、工法開発まで含めた生産プロセス革新を主導いただくことを期待しています。【キャリアパス】数年後には部下を2〜3名を持ち、グローバルの樹脂関連技術者を束ねる開発リーダーとなっていただくことを期待しています。
