【お任せする業務】 電動化車両のボデー骨格、バッテリーフレーム製品の、塑性加工を中心とし成形技術開発、量産技術開発、工程設計 ●具体的には ・電動化車両のバッテリーフレーム、骨格関連の構造部材の工程構想、企画 ・生産技術/工法をもとにした 素材、構造提案 ・塑性加工を中心とした工法の要素技術開発 ・量産工程の立案、工程設計 ●使用言語、環境、ツール等 Office,CATIA ほか 【組織のミッション】 ●素形材生技部 ・社内全商品の金属成形部材（鉄、アルミ、銅ほか）の工法/構造提案、工程設計 ・新商品、新構造、新素材に対応する工法技術開発 ・素材を通じた環境負荷低減技術の開発と実用化 ●開発室 ・主として電動化車両に関連する、新商品、新構造、新素材に対応する工法技術開発 【募集背景】 急速な増加が見込まれる電動化車両について、車体分野でも従来のとは大きく異なった構造が必要となります。特にバッテリーEVでは"バッテリーフレーム、ボデー骨格"に関しては素材、構造、工法ともに、今までとは大きく異なり、新たなくるまづくりを提案していく必要があります。そこで従来の考えにとらわれない新たな発想でのボデー骨格製品の生産技術開発を推進できる人材を募集します。 【キャリアパス】 数年後にはバッテリー/骨格の成形技術開発のテーマリーダーとして、部下数名を持ち、テーマ企画から開発を主導する役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。Company Info
