【会社概要} 株式会社eve autonomyは、日本初・自動運転レベル4を実現した屋外型自動搬送サービス「eve auto」を工場や物流倉庫などの閉鎖環境向けに提供している物流スタートアップです。 2020年に小型モビリティの製造メーカーであるヤマハ発動機株式会社と、自動運転ディープテック集団・株式会社ティアフォーの合弁で設立し、2022年から自動運転EVの量産を開始、現在既に40拠点以上の日本国内のお客様にサービスの提供を開始しています。当社が提供するのは自動運転EVだけでなく、導入支援サービス・運行管理システム・メンテナンスサービス・保険などをパッケージ化したRaaS型サービスで、ゴルフカーをベースとした小型EVと、公道向けに基本設計された自動運転システムを転用することで、複雑な屋外環境にも適用可能な自動搬送サービスを実現しました。今後全国数百箇所でのサービス拡大・運用に向け組織体制を拡充いたしますので、たくさんのご応募をお待ちしております！【業務概要} カスタマーサクセス部のアフターチームに所属し、自動搬送サービス「eve auto」のアフターサポート業務を担当します。修理やメンテナンス等のリアクティブなサポートだけでなく、カスタマーサクセス部の一員として、当社のサービスを利用するお客様の満足度向上と長期的な関係構築を目的に、お客様の課題解決を迅速に行い、より良い顧客体験を提供することを目指すチームの一員として活躍していただきます。【具体的な業務内容} ・自動搬送サービス「eve auto」の客先導入作業・お客様からの各種問い合わせ対応・定期メンテナンスや修理・トラブルシューティング等のアフターサポート業務・顧客満足度向上のための各種施策（課題ヒヤリング、定期フォローアップ等）・既存顧客への課題解決提案（運用改善/課題解決に繋がる提案）・満足度向上/課題解決により追加導入の案件創出・各種マニュアル等の資料作成・顧客フィードバック収集と分析自動化・無人化の世界的潮流の中で、最先端の自動運転技術を活用して世の中に新しい価値を提案していきましょう。
